Acceptable Use Policy for Service Centre
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for accessing and utilizing the resources, documents, and images available from the Service Centre provided by CleanSpace Technology Pty Ltd (Company). The purpose of this policy is to ensure the responsible and secure use of the provided materials while protecting the interests of the Company.
2. Access Rights
Access to the Service Centre is granted solely to the authorised distributors of the Company. Each service technician is provided with unique login credentials which must be kept confidential and used only by the authorised individual.
3. Authorised Use
Service Technicians are permitted to access, download and utilise the resources, documents and images available on the portal solely for the purpose of servicing, promoting and selling products manufactured or distributed by the Company. Any other use of the materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials available from the Service Centre, including but not limited to product information, images, logos, and documents are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Service Technicians are granted limited a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose stated in section 2 of this Policy. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Security
Service Technicians are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and preventing unauthorised access to the Service Centre. Any suspected or actual unauthorised access must be reported immediately to Vivian Yang, Senior Operations Manager ([email protected])
6. Compliance with Laws:
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination in the access to the Service Centre and/or legal action:
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorised individuals.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas of the Service Centre.
• Misusing or misappropriating the materials available on the Service Centre portal.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the Service Centre portal or the materials available on it.
7. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of access to the Service Centre portal, legal action and/or termination of the distributor agreement with the Company.
8. Policy Review and Updates
This Acceptable Use Policy is subject to periodic review and updates by the Company. Distributors will be notified of any changes to the policy and continue access to the Service Centre portal implies acceptance of the updated policy.
